Informationen
Reservation:
Enquiries and reservation for services should be made through Depary Adventure Sumatra Travel. Maximum details are required in order to fulfill reservation efficiently. Please provide arrival / departure dates, flight details, numbers of person involved and maybe alternative hotels, if acceptable
Confirmation:
Confirmation will be made by E-mail within maximum 48 hours
Cancellation:
DEPARY ADVENTURE SUMATRA (DAS) TRAVEL does not levy cancellation charges. However, Hotels, carriers, restaurant, and other services provider do charge cancellation fee depending on the circumstances. If cancellation charges are levied they will be billed to overseas agent.
DEPARY ADVENTURE SUMATRA (DAS) cannot be held responsible for charges even trough special circumstances may exist. In the event of cancellation, We will only be liable to refund any monies paid by the overseas agent to them subject to a reduction for such sums, if any, as may be claimed by hotels, carriers or other services providers as specified above.
Flight, hotel all changes such as schedules, which are essentially not in our area of responsibility is not possible for our services.In urgent cases such as force majeure or weather condition, we have right to change the confirmed services or cancel.
We are not responsible for these problems: entry document, loss, death, drugs. We recommend you take out travel insurance in your own country.
Cancellation Charges
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled during the high and peak seasons, a cancellation charge will be levied by the hotel. Any Cancellation charge receives will incur the following:
a. Less than 45 days prior to arrival : No charge
b. Less than 25 days prior tor arrival : 15 % of the total invoice amount
c. Less than 17 days pior to arrival : 20 % of the total invoice amount
d. Less than 3 days prior to arrival : 50 % of the total invoice amount and No show: 100 % of the total invoice..
During the peak seasons the hotels may also impose deadline to DEPARY ADVENTURE SUMATRA (DAS) TRAVEL to either guarantee or release a particular booking. To guarantee the bookings the hotel is 1 (One) night non refundable deposit 60 days to 45 days prior to the arrival of the guest's.
Payments
Please 50% of the total invoice amount must be recieved before the arrival in Sumatra on our bank transfer connection
Full payment must be received prior to the clients arrival at the first destination point, except for those companies with whom special arrangements have been made. Where possible, pro-forma invoices will included with quotation or confirmation. Payment should be made payable only to: Depary Adventure Sumatra (DAS) Travel
